About the Event
A webinar will discuss how to become aware of our emotions and develop new ways of responding to our emotional triggers and improving our emotional control. As we become more aware of our emotions we can better understand the consequences of the way we respond or react emotionally. We will review the ways and the reasons we respond the way that we do. Gaining knowledge and practicing new ways of responding to stimulus allows us to increase our personal menu, adding to the ways we can respond to any particular emotional trigger.
With increased knowledge about how our brain changes with stress and how we can reduce stress and learn different ways of responding to our emotions helps us improve our emotional control and reduce stress, worry, anxiety, depression, impulsiveness, and bad habits. Come join us. Keep learning!
